Similar diagnostic screens are used by psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to identify and diagnose a problem.  
In a face-to-face interview each question is further explored for more information.  Since we are limited by this format, these screens are to be used very cautiously... and ONLY as a guideline to further explore with your doctor.  We are not attempting to diagnose, but educate and inform, so you can take the steps to get help.  
No personal identifying data is collected.
These are not standardized psychological tests.
