Sleep-walking

Question: is there a way to tell if a person is faking sleep walking to get attention...girl i am seeing is having troble walking due to a bad hip and back and walks at times with a severe limp but when she sleep walks she shows no sign of this ....so my question is is there a way to tell is she is faking the sleep walking to gain attention thank you

Answer:
No, it is not possible to fake Sleep-walking, faking would be too obvious as a person when walking with their eyes closed walks with caution to avoid stumbling into things, whereas a person who is sleep-walking is usually not aware of what they are doing.

Medical reports show that about 18% of the population is prone to sleepwalking. Sleepwalking can have a genetic tendency.

It is very important that if the sleepwalker exits the house, or is having frequent episodes and injuries are occurring to seek professional help as soon as possible.
