Psychotic Depression

Question:
I would like to know what psychotic depression is.
Also, I would like to know what schizo-affective disorder is.
Thank you
 very much for your help.

Reply:
In general, "psychotic depression" is a mental condition where a person is
considered clinically (severely) depressed with periodic episodes of detachment from reality (ex., delusions, hallucinations, etc.).

In general, "schizo-affective disorder" is a mental condition where a person experiences detachment from reality as well as elevated (manic), depressed, or a mixture (elevated and depressed) emotional episodes.
