Question:
I
have a problem with drinking alcohol and urinating in bed. I don't
drink much except on the weekends when I go out but this just started
happening with me drinking alcohol and
urinating in bed. I'll get really intoxicated and pass out and the next
thing I know I wake up in the morning and I am soaked.
This just started happening and its been going on for about a year and it
never happened to me before but its very embarrassing expecially when I
stay with a friend. What is the cause of this problem?
I just wanna know an answer.

The cause is your drinking and passing out. When a person passes out
they cannot recognize the urge to urinate and cannot get out of their
stupor to go to the bathroom in time.

I wanna know if there is anything I can do about my problem with drinking
and urinating while I am asleep?

Yes, quit drinking. Since you are drinking to excess and passing out, this problem will continue until you decide to quit drinking.
How often you drink is not the problem, how much you drink is.
